Yes, Frame 11 is quite stable, but make sure you install any available updates.
I'm currently at 11.0.1.382. It does occasionally crash, but not very often.

starting out that you use whatever people around you can support you
on. You don't want to be the only TortoiseSVN user, the only command

The first thing you should do with any imported or copied Word content is
MIFwash it -- save the Frame file out as MIF, open that, and save as a ,FM
in order to clean all the weird Word characters out.
Try that and see if it helps.

I've also used TortoiseSVN for years without any issues. The local files
wouldn't be out of sync with the repository unless unversioned files that had
been created (but not added to SVN) were not committed (i.e., you have local
files the repository doesn't know about) or you had failed to update
30 matches
