Hi, Never seen this before - my PDF has bookmarks NOT specified in the PDF setup and that link to the Table of Contents (where it has the normal TOC version for formatting purposes). The paragraph type is on a page with two text frames, one with flow A (Autoconncect), the other with no flow.
