The way to store Para Tags with the format is simply to "Update" the Table
Format after the Para Tags have been assigned. Frame will recognize the Para
Tag assignment for the Table Title, and patterns for the Header, Footer, and
Body rows

can solve by tagging the Running H/F in question with a Character Tag, or by
defining the Running H/F as

You need in all files to set your Current Page # variable to
$chapnum-$curpagenum then set the @ParaTitle line of the TOC ref page to
$paratext .$pagenum
Other ways to do it, I'm sure, but this is my fav...

You'll need to edit the Font Substitution table in your maker.ini file.
There is a section in the Customizing Frame Products in Online Manuals (in
the Frame install directory) that describes the changes needed.
