FM is still locally installed single-user Windows software. It's in no

2019 at one point was still a perpetual license and if you’re willing to pay,
you can still find one to buy through a few vetted resellers but not through
Adobe. Everything for FrameMaker is definitely now subscription only.

No change in the set up though -- all applications in the TCS, including
