You may be able to kludge FM into displaying some Hebrew characters, but
AFAIK there's no way to get FM to write right-to-left.

job we did back in the days of Frame 5.

into a Frame document has been to use a cumbersome process involving the
Windows? Charmap? application, cutting from source and pasting to the
Frame
