You do need Acrobat Professional in order to save the PDF with
commenting enabled for Adobe Reader.

I think you're right, Fred.
I looked at a copy of Standard and saw that it had the entry and
assumed it worked the same way that Pro does. But I leaped to the
wrong conclusion.
