Like Niels said, save as MIF, open and save back as FM. Or if you have FrameScript, the ReplaceColors script will remove any unused colors in the doc. You can prevent this problem from arising in the first place by making sure your graphics use a 24- or 32-bit color depth, 16.7 million colors.
