take FINALYSER 'Format List' see attached screenshot, the Finalyser menu
with selected Format List item and in the background the table
of all paragraph, character tags in a document. Online Help:

Anybody have a fast and easy way to generate a list of all paragraph
tags in a book?
The trick in http://www.adobe.com/products/adobemag/archive/pdfs/98auqafm.pdf
works, but I have to remove dupes from the list.
