I had this problem with the same version a couple of days ago on a pristine, newly partitioned and formatted drive. What worked for me was to set up a dummy User Account and log in as that user, then install - and the only other account was Administrator. (!)  This also fixed an identical

Thanks for your replies so far everybody. Helen, I don't think we have the same problem because we do not install the PDF maker component (and never have). Also, the rollback + the reported message appear exactly one step before I'd expect the PDF Maker installation routine. Jack, I created a
