Karen, I think the best work flow is to work exclusively with the source Frame documents and never resort (as a standard workflow process) to editing the final PDF. 1. You want to do is have the Professors heading *look* like a Heading 1 for text purposes, but you don't want it to generate a

It is possible to automate the editing of bookmarks in the PDF file for inserting chapter numbers, appendix numbers, and even inserting new bookmarks for particular pages. You can do this with a windows scripting tool. I use AutoIt. It is just basically like creating a macro that mimics the
