This has to be specified as part of the TOC setup. Simply include
I am struggling with the equation editor, trying to add a prime symbol. I need

How do I apply the ' to the expression inside the ( )? The Help is no help.

In looking at some of my files, the problem seems to be in the ones with
graphics, so I guess I'm going to have to try Rick's plugin.
