Sometimes they are hidden in the table definitions (which remember the paragraph formats in used in the heading and body cells). You can use the replace fonts function from fonts pod, too (View > Pods > Fonts ). There is a Missing Fonts view icon that toggles Show All Fonts. The icon next to
