I'm not sure I understand your problem completely, but is this something you
can solve by tagging the Running H/F in question with a Character Tag, or by
defining the Running H/F as

Hi Eduardo,
I guess this must be a legacy file from another application, or
someone has actually been using a proprietary Symbol Bold font (there
is at least one existing from ITC).
If you want to get back to the Windows System Symbol font and get rid
of the reference to System Bold, do this:
