At least the paragraphs which are used for bookmarks could
be set for each file individually already in FrameMaker 8. I had
used this to add the GroupTitlesIX paragraph format solely in
the index file to get the single characters as bookmarks (and
similarly for the glossary headings). There wa

I just got a brand new laptop with Win7 (SP1) and this is my first experience
with Win7. Newly installed Frame 9 (unstructured) and I'm still getting the
interface set up the way I'm used to. One thing I notice that's different from

figured out I had to select all files in the book and then set the
options.

Ah, that does explain my similar experience. I thought it was just me
doing something wrong. I'm in FM9 now and have discovered that you do
indeed need to select all files in the book and then set the job
options. If I remember correctly, in FM8, all you had to do was
select the book file.
