So, I just deleted them and re-created them w/ the paragraph tag needed in
the second cell and saved the format and now all is good. Thanks Rick!!!

Hi Rick,
Yep, I tried that and every time I insert the table, the paragraph tag in
the second cell is still set to NoteTipText, not NoteTipTextAnchor. I am
wondering if I need to delete these formats and set up from scratch??
Thanks!

After you get an example of your table set up on a body page, click in the
table, open the Table Designer, and click Update All. The next time you
insert one of these tables, it should have the desired paragraph formats.

Yea, maybe from something like Silicon Prairie's Table Tool . . . that rings
a dull thud, but I think that I remember that gave me problems
single-sourcing to use ePub for OLH production. Will have to test and see.
Thanks Peter.

Is it possible that in the olden days, you imported or copied the
appropriately-set-up table from a separate file? Perhaps as a MIF snippet?

Nope, it's still there, or of course, there's the Page Up/Page Down keyboard

OK,
I know somehow I did this a gazillion years ago (well, I >>THINK<< I did),
but for the life of me, I can't remember/figure out how.
I have a two cell table, one row table called NoteTipTable saved in my
Designer. In the first cell, I place one of the following paragraph tags
manually -
I've seen the creation with an errant "Ctrl+click" to select a text frame, and
then a minor drag (due to Ctrl+click+drag allowing duplication). That's my 2
cent guess as to the cause of the extraneous frame.

Thank you very much to everyone for your advice and help. The problem seems to
be resolved now. And the award goes to . . . Louise Kaufman for predicting
that I had an extraneous Frame somehow born underneath my law-abiding text
flow. I had to temporarily reposition the main flow Frame to al
