I am using FrameMaker 2015 and am planning to update too FrameMaker 2019 at the
same time as moving to a new laptop. I would appreciate help with two questions:
1. I am not interested in a subscription, only in buying a license. I found no
possibility on Adobe's site but one on

Thanks for the input. The scrolling problem isn't that it is slow or jumps
back-it's that the scroll wheel of the mouse won't work at all. I have to go to
the scroll bar at the side of the document to scroll. It's only like this in
Frame. All my other apps work.
