I believe the Illustrator forum on the Adobe website is one of the most active
and useful Illustrator forums you could use. It is an open forum, and the
community caters really well to a pretty diverse bunch of users - starting from
one-off users, new users, to those who've been

I’ve escalated this issue, and have been told that Adobe IT is looking into the
problem. A further update when I have more information on this.

Not quite the direct response to your question, but I found this thread pretty
interesting on a Linkedin group - API Docs. You might want to check out similar
discussion groups on Google Groups, FB, etc..
