Thanks all for your suggestions. I eventually found the exe file. It had
created a Downloads folder within my Documents folder and put the files in
there instead of in the regular Downloads folder.

I am trying to install a trial of Framemaker to see if it suitable for a big
directory publishing job which my client is trying to do (without much

publishing with InDesign and Quark (possibly FrameMaker and Word as well)
using the following methods:

Quark tags
Xtags, Xdata
XML
RTF (perhaps)
FrameMaker tags (maybe)
