Turning off sync worked. No errors, no tmp files, and the files open
correctly on all the Dropbox nodes.

The Fortune 500 corporation that acquired our 600-person company had an
enterprise license for Documentum, so our only expense was a couple grand for a
small server for our Documentum repository and for 25 or so seats of the
FrameLink interface software. We got off easy.

I'd skip the FM integration, pause sync in Dropbox while working on an
FM project in a sync'd folder, and turn sync back on afterwards.

Just started playing with this a couple days ago, and I was thinking

I have had similar issues with Google Drive (files deleted from a book

problem. Turning off syncing while actively working on the book is a good
suggestion.
