TOC in Structured Frame

2006-09-29 Thread Pallavi Nagesha
Hi Is there any special way you ought to create a TOC in structured frame? I have defined TOCelements in the EDD and was able to generate a TOC, use a conversion table to structure it. But, if I regenerate the book, I am losing all the formatting (and the elements). Thanks Pallavi
