Since you're already in Explorer, you can drag the book or file and drop it in
the FrameMaker "ribbon" area where the drop-down menus are.

Each time I double click on a file in the Windows Explorer, a new instance of
FrameMaker opens. (i.e.. if I want to work with 2 or more books at the same
time)
Frame did not behave like this in the previous version that I worked with, and
other apps do not behave like this.
