Actually, I found the ser no. to my FM2015 a couple of days ago and was finally able to install it too. So now I am as happy (about these things) as can be!  (And don't need to g But this thread has evolved into something very interesting, showing so many problems with Adobe customer attitude.

MadCap Flare does a great job of importing FrameMaker files. I'm not a big fan of it since it's installed single-user Windows software, but it's a very powerful tool that can do almost everything FrameMaker can, usually better, and a lot more besides. If you use FrameMaker only for page layout,
