There may be a setting in the fminit file that controls the menu options
for line widths.
If that's not available, consider creating a library file of empty frames
to keep in a central location, and import them by cross-reference.

I was stuck with the same problem. Copying from earlier versions hadn't occurred
to me, a good idea. I guess there'll have to be hairlines on them there reference
pages from now on. Why would the >1 pt option be removed? Strange notion, that.
