- When you rename the book itself, close the book and all it's files
first, then rename the book using Windows Explorer, My Computer or
Computer.
- When you rename a file *within* a book, it's very important to rename
the file by opening the FM book and renaming it using FM.

can recover gracefully!
2. Exit FrameMaker (or certainly make darn sure that you are not editing the
book or any of its files!)
