I know of no good books for FM 10. Like Nadine, I recommend the Scriptorium
book. I used it when upgrading from FM 7 to 10 and found it much more
useful than the FM 9 Classroom in a Book. Another unhelpful one is
Introduction to FM 9 for Windows by Underwood.
Lynda.com has excellent basic tutorial

Using FM in unstructured mode, I haven't encountered any
significant-to-me changes since version 6 outside of the undo command
in 7.2 and the radical UI change between 8 and 9,
