This is happening b/c Frame 7 does not support Unicode, so it does not pass characters for unsupported languages (non-Asian, non-Western Euro) to Acrobat correctly. The two workarounds I use for this are (a) Shlomo Perets' Timesavers (www.microtype.com) or upgrading to Frame 8. Timesavers has been
