I'm afraid I'm still a bit lost though. All my 'other' attributes are
already #IMPLIED. I tried changing the NMTOKENS attribute to #REQUIRED
(from #IMPLIED) but this didn't make any difference.
Any suggestions?

I have some trouble trying to figure out how to cope with the "convert to RGB"
problem with FrameMaker.
When I generate pdf files from FrameMaker, some of the colors are converted to
RGB.

Another note on server-based data: if you're having to access the server via
VPN, there are faster VPN routers, and tunnels and there are slower ones...so
check that, too.
