Technology, such as ergonomic keyboards and voice software is great, but the root of these injuries are inefficient movement organization and that is something that can be improved. Improving the quality of your movement can keep you healthy. In my practice, I see many injured high tech workers.

For most products (FrameMaker included), Adobe stops providing technical support for a release as soon the second next release is made. Thus, Adobe currently supports FrameMaker 8 and FrameMaker 9. Prior to the recent release of FrameMaker 9, Adobe supported FrameMaker 8 and FrameMaker 7.2.
