Importing MathCAD Files

2009-10-26 Thread jdela...@comcast.net
Win XP Pro 3, FM 9.0p250

Any suggestions for the best way to import MathCAD files into FM9? I will be
receiving one file with a lot of equations, and several graphics. Don't know
what format the graphics are in, but my main concern is the equation text.

Given that there's CAD in the program name, and since Acroba will import the
lion's ahare of 3d formats, you might try importing the native MathCAD file
into Acrobat. Since it works with nearly all 3d modeling programs, you may
be able to produce the PDF yourself and avoid having to explain what you
want entirely.

If you're not sure of the content, I'd ask for them as PDFs with embedded
fonts.
