Fotokem here in Los Angeles is excellent and can work with tape splices.
If you are at all concerned about the quality of the splices, they also
have an excellent restoration department that can handle almost anything,
provided they have all the information in advance.

Actually, a lab _might_ be able to make a print onto fine grain pos and
process it as reversal. It will be more contrasty than a print made from
normally processed fine grain pos with a hi con interneg. It is worth
asking.

Aschenbach of VGS bought out Colorlab a couple of years ago. (Before then they
did much of Colorlab's work.)

Colorlab is very friendly and will bend over backwards to do unusual stuff,
but they are more expensive than Foto-Kem for typical work.

Finn-Lab in Helsinki the main (commercial) one?
