Dear Framerworks,
Can anyone recommend an artist who works with low tech lighting for an
expanded cinema event I am making in Bombay? I would like to work with
someone who could do lighting design but use inexpensive equipment with a
DIY approach.

Film & Video Services in Minneapolis? I had them process some S8 Plus-X a
