I can reproduce it (I can't do anything else :-), and soundcardpmo does work correct. I'll try to fix the bug (first I need to know what is the bug, and I'm still not familiar with 1.5's structure (I didn't spend too much time with it)). I hope I can send a patch, or at least help you to reproduce it.
