to continue with this issue I have found this bug:

and after downgrading my system to Freebsd 8.0 battery status is working!
So this issue was made after system upgrade. is there a way i can trace
which change made this matter broken?

Hm, looks like they're what, $300 from Amazon?
If someone shouts me one I'll take a look at it. I've exceeded my
"buying stuff to make freebsd work better on" budget for a while. :(

AFAIK ACPI battery status support is broken on most (all?) HP notebooks

following dmesg:
