lindev(4) was only used to provide /dev/full which is now a standard feature of
FreeBSD. /dev/full was never linux-specific and provides a generally useful
feature.

Current problem has arisen in the last four days in FreeBSD head.
When load lindev modules began to emerge follow panic:

By choppy I've also meant it's noticeably slower
than syscons, but I think it's already known.
The shell was a shells/mksh.
I think I may switch to newcons permanently
after a merge of bell patch thing.
