I would like to deprecate/remove devel/apr-svn. The reason for this
port as far as I knew/know was to force disabling threads in APR for use
in subversion. Now that 5.x is EOL in po
009 down from 6.

What was your make line and associated options --
www/mod_perl and www/mod_perl2 have nothing to do with GSSAPI
as in
cd /usr/ports/www/mod_perl2
make
will not even try to compile the GSSAPI port.
