I was able to upgrade LXDE to FreeBSD 11 with LLVM 3.8 by setting
TRYBROKEN=yes
in make.conf, as the devel/libsysinfo source is cached in ports/distfiles on
my system.
LXDE users without local source will have to hold off until the source is
rehosted.
