Hi everyone,
I recently subscribed to at&t cable internet service and I am

machine that is running as a firewall and performing NAT for a
windows box. Throughout the day as I'm connected, the kernel reports

I tried to add dma device. I added the driver and made changes in configuration files.
But I am getting error message "Device not Configured". I am using Intel440 bx chipset

Can you please tell me what else is to be done.

Greetings, I was hoping I could get some help with a problem I'm having
with the /usr/ports/security/cyrus-sasl port.
I have a fresh install/buildworld of 4.7-STABLE. I tried compiling
postfix which used this port as a dependency.
All the patches run clean (patched or unified) but when I try to c
If you just do a dhcp setup, do an ifconfig -a, netstat -r and paste the
results.

Some of the server packages themselves will do bandwidth limiting for you.
If you run Apache, for example, you can configure it to limit the bandwidth

I just installed fbsd4.7 on my laptop. I used a lot of the default settings
like default security and the ssh. I had to add my PCMCIA NIC to the
pccard.conf so that my machine could be on the network. After doing so i
configured it and I was able to access the web and the other machines from
it. I

I´m sorry. I´d like to say "rcp -r".
FreeBSD-4.5-RELEASE worked in a charm with "rcp -r", but
FreeBSD-4.7-RELEASE, don´t.
Is there a way to me make a copy of one directory and it´s subdirectories

Hello,
I´ve had a FreeBSD-4.5-RELEASE box as a Internet server
wich was also configured as a NFS-Client from an AIX server
just to make some backups.
Two weeks ago we have installed a new server FreeBSD-4.7-RELEASE
with the same configuration and everything is working fine, except
