TWIG port but no --with-pgsql and --with-imap with mod_php4

I am unclear why there is a mail/twig port which depends on www/mod_php4 and databases/postgresql7, but mod_php4 isn't built with --with-pgsql and --with-imap. Does anyone succesfully use the Twig port using only official FreeBSD ports? Jeremy C. Reed http://bsd.reedmedia.net
