This is a 64-bit platform... Any reasons you're on an i386 kernel? At
the least it would fix your RAM issue.

- ammount of cpu's
- platform (uname -m )
- pciconf -lv|
Well from bad experience that goes no where, due-to rare issue and no
supporting logs/core dumps... Therefore that be a complete no :(
