Forgot to mention it is RAID1
1) RAID 1st logical volume 1 of 9gb
2 disks, are mounted as 1 logical (idad0) volume as raid 1

Is it possible that this problem occurs because the swap partition is also idad1s1?
Perhaps you have some ideas I can try?
