I have a core dump with ntpd ( Segmentation fault: 11 (core dumped) ).
I try each line of my ntp.conf and the problem is with the line
server 127.127.1.0
even if i set
fudge 127.127.1.0 stratum 10

Prevuiously there was a NetBSD installation on this disk, why FreeBSD
