Bizarre Networking Problem

I have a really weird networking issue on my firewall box. The machine in question has an ethernet facing a cisco facing the Internet and an ethernet facing the LAN plugged into a 3com 100Mbit switch. My LAN has all of the servers and most of the workstations sitting in the /24 that I've had for
