problems -
# sh /usr/share/examples/bhyve/vmrun.sh -c 1 -m 512K -t tap0 -d vm0.img -i -I
./FreeBSD-10.1-RELEASE-amd64-bootonly.iso vm0
Launching virtual machine vm0 ...
Consoles: userboot

Apologies - stupid mistake - obviously should have been 512M.
Boots fine now but I think I will take a break and restart tomorrow when my
brain is working!
