New info:
When I'm do driver from WinXP64 and kldload it I have such output in
/var/log/messages and immediately reboots system:

Yes as I read from internet, that Realtek chip has WiFi+Bluetooth,
But from my output I think WiFi and Bluetooth are on PCI-E bus:
Wi-FI: none2@pci0:4:0:0: class=0x028000 card=0x072610ec chip=0x872310ec
rev=0x00 hdr=0x00
Bluetooth:none3@pci0:5:0:0: class=0xff0
