You cannot build a city on foreigner borders. Maybe an error message should
be raised about it...

Maybe an error message should be raised about it...
Would it be possible to add a layer similar to the Show workers of a city
('Shift-Alt-Right click'). This overlay would easily indicate the territorium
of a nation. Usefull to keep track

Well I feel silly! That Papuan border colour is really hard to see.
Perhaps the red city border could be replaced with something else (instead of
dissappearing) - maybe highlight the border of the country you are over - make
it red/blinking?
