Follow-up Comment #2, bug #24329 (project freeciv): - Use the "unit.mine" as extra building tag after all, and rename the hardcoded tag as "unit.plant" instead This is logical in the sense that the UI activity name for targetless mine is already "Plant". With this change tag follows the activity
