Do we want a win32-S2_4 tag for 2.4.0-betaX/rcX, rather than plain win32?
When 2.5.0-beta1 comes round, we presumably want all the 2.4.x Windows builds
to display the current stable Win32 release, not the betas. Is that what
win32 will mean --

I think single win32 should mean latest stable release(1). If we had 2.4
releases following 2.4 specific tag, they would never inform users about 2.5
series existence.
I have added branch specific S2_4 and S2_5 tags to metaserver side, but I
