Follow-up Comment #10, patch #1696 (project freeciv):
Hmm? I just sync'd my trunk up to r18059, including Francisco Hernández de
Córdoba, rebuilt, and was able to start a server with no warnings; further,
I played as the Nicaraguans with this leader, and checked that he wasn't
truncated in

It works for me too.

Follow-up Comment #27, bug #15559 (project freeciv):
If freeciv-server says IPv4 bind failed: Address already in use,
then its IPv6 socket might accept IPv4 connections.
That error message would seem quite alarming for someone who does not know
that it's actually ok in his/her setup. Any idea

Follow-up Comment #1:
Fix attached, using fc_usleep() instead. Maybe should we add fc_sleep() too?

Follow-up Comment #3, patch #1845 (project freeciv):
Note that since glib 2.22, there are lot of tools to perform what we probably
want to do. Notably GNetworkService, GSocketConnectable and GResolver. If we
decide to use GThread (like patch #1846), we probably could also use those
tools. Note

IPv4 bind failed: Address already in use
Print that particular error message only if also IPv6 bind failed?
To be exact, print no error messages if we can listen() to at least one
socket?
OpenBSD 'man getaddrinfo' shows an example of this:
Follow-up Comment #2, patch #1953 (project freeciv):
'Göktürk' means 'Old Turkic' in modern anatolian Turkish language. Their
own name was Türk, but it collided with Turkish nation. Ashina in my opinion
is neutral name. But I can rename it, if necessary.

Follow-up Comment #29, bug #15559 (project freeciv):
Clearly the server should run without emitting error messages regardless of
whether it finds itself on a v6only behaving system. Specifying
setsockopt(V6ONLY), or whatever it's called, with the current code might be
sufficient, if it's

Why is fundamentalism not in the default ruleset btw? Balance issues?

Here the server still gives a warning and in game the last letter is
missing.
Same is true for Nikola I Mirkov Petrović-Njegoš at the Montenegrins.
