Details:

Units in another city in civ1-style channel remain when city gets removed.
Noticed from failing sanitycheck in civ1-autogame.

Fix attached (S2_3 affected, but as this is not a reggression, I rather don't
touch mature branch with this fix)

Added cancel button.

Btw right mouse click also closes that production widget (and many other
widgets like reports, unit selection - its just easier than looking for close
button)

Details:

Remove get_infrastructure_prereq() that relied on hardcoded rules instead of
ones read from ruleset, operated on specials only, and could return only one.
Make callers to correctly handle all (not only one) extra requirements of any
extra (not only specials), recursively.

Extend tileset roadstyle concept to cover all extra drawing methods. This
