Forgot to mention that I also attached the acadian.ruleset which specifies
all the info for that nation, and acadia.svg for the flags.

Hmm, yes, well the Acadian flag was obviously based on the French flag but I
can see how this becomes problematic. I was under the impression that the
conflicts_with clause was to help towards preventing something like that,
although I imagine

Yeah conflicts_with will make sure the two aren't seeded in the same game by
the server code, but as you say this won't stop two human players to manually
pick both.

It looks ridiculous on the SVG, but in-game, it actually doesn't look so bad.
